What’s coming up:

Thursday:  Bible Memory Verse test.  Students will write the verse and reference as given.  Spelling and punctuation count.  Have your child not only say the verse but practice writing it.

                    Reading Selection and Grammar test is given every Thursday.

Friday:      spelling test is given.

                   Bible quiz over the week’s workbook pages is given.

wednesday, September 1:  History vocabulary quiz.  Use vocab cards made in     class as a study tool.  Students will match words and definitions.  Spelling will not count.  Students should know the meaning not just memorize and recognize selected words in the definitions.  Have your students tell you what each word meANS.

Thursday, September 9 (class 5a)

Friday, September 10 (class 5b):  Chapter 2 history test.  Prepare for this test by memorizing the material on UR 13, 15, 15, 22, class notes, and the chapter review.  There is no “study guide”.  Students have a bulk of information through these 3 things, and the test comes from that.  Students can start now by studying the UR pages when they are returned to the students and any class notes.
